Startup Funding Rounds Search: SEC Form D, Official Data

Find recent startup funding rounds from official SEC Form D filings (Regulation D private placements): company, state, industry group, offering amount, amount sold, first sale date, investor count and the filing link. Filter by date, industry, state and size; funds are excluded by default. Company-level only: no officers, directors or other persons are returned.
