Ambolt builds software that does one job well, starting with tools for websites. Small on purpose: every product has to be accurate, light and honestly priced before it ships.
We would rather ship one tool that is accurate, light and honestly priced than ten that are almost good.

How we build tools
Five rules every Ambolt product has to pass before it ships.
Accurate
A tool that cries wolf gets ignored. We retry before we call something broken, and we say so when we cannot tell.
Light
Our software should not slow your site down. Work runs in the background, within a time budget, and cleans up after itself.
Honest pricing
Prices are published. The free plan works without a card. No free tier that is a trial in disguise.
Privacy-first
No tracking cookies and no third-party scripts on this site. We keep what a tool needs, for as long as it needs it.
No dark patterns
Cancel where you subscribed. No countdown timers, no pre-ticked boxes, no guilt-trip buttons.

- Changes are listed in the changelog; problems show on the status page.
- Security reports are welcome and answered; the policy is public.
