Questions
What do SPF and DMARC do?
SPF lists who may send mail for a domain; DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails and where to send reports.
Is anything sent to the domain?
Only ordinary DNS lookups.
Why is DKIM missing?
DKIM keys live under a selector name that only the sender knows.
